There are no erosion and sedimentation issues on well site and access road. The drill cuttings were landfarmed. The pit liners are still on site. A phone call was made to Dan Rice who stated: they are working with waste management to get approval to take the material to the landfill.
1839369 Primary Facility 2009-10-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and in production. The well was properly tagged. Brine tank was in sound condition. The well site was adequately and uniformly restored with >70% vegetative cover. The access road was in good condition and no accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were observed in relation to access road or well site.
