Well site was identified with well sign and E&S plan. No IW and E&S issues at the time of inspection. Pit aligned with 20 mil plastic and had no freeboard issues. Filter fence located topographically down gradient of site pad. Conductor pipe set at 20 ft. 9 5/8¿ pipe set at 358.10 ft with 75 sks class A and 90 sks at basket 3% caliz ¼¿ fluids. Basket set at 252¿. Open void located at 309 ft to 314 ft. Pipe set 44 ft below void. Stratigraphy consisted of shale, sandstone, limestone, and coal seams on boring log. Permit present.
1900078 Primary Facility 2010-07-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well drilled, properly tagged and in production. Site was seeded and mulched and some growth was observed, not yet 70% uniform coverage. Is recommended that operator reseed some areas of site to ensure site I adequately restored. Brine tank in sound condition. No IW issues. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted. Access road to well site stable. Recommend that operator continue to perform routine maintenance on shared access road between wells and remove filter fence at rock outlets. A future inspection will be conducted to evaluate final restoration.
