Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1833977 Primary Facility 2009-10-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Based on record, permit was approved on 1/14/09. Well installed on 3/3/09 to depth of 5180 ft. Report submitted and approved on 4/28/09. Well completed with 8¿ pipe reduced to 4 ¿pipe reduced to 2¿ production pipe and 3 shut off valves. Production equipment consists of heater, separator (150 psi), 100 bbl brine tank (35 bbl of fluid) and dual phase data logger. At the time of inspection, no IW and E&S issues at the site. No signs of fluid or gas leakage around well head
1900079 Primary Facility 2010-07-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well properly tagged, drilled, and in production. Site has been seeded and mulched and growth was observed, some areas <70%. It is recommended that the operator reseed and mulch `bare areas¿ of the site to ensure adequate permanent restoration is achieved. Access road stable. No erosion or sedimentation issues were observed in relation to access road or well site. Again, it is recommended that operator continue to maintain shared access road between all wells to prevent the potential for erosion and sedimentation concerns. A future inspection will be conducted to evaluate restoration measures.
