The installation of the brine tank was in progress. No accelerated E&S concerns were noted on the access road or the well site. The operator should continue to monitor the well site for accelerated erosion and sedimentation until final restoration activities are complete.
1817409 Primary Facility 2009-07-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted According to records, well completed on 12/8/08 to a depth of 5,066 ft and WRAC submitted on 4/28/09. Active permit since 9/30/08. Well head completed with 7¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ and reduced to 2¿ production line with 3 shut off valves. Production equipment consisted of heater, separator, data logger and 100 bbl tank with less than 20 bbl of brine. Line pressure on separator at 125 psi. No E&S issues and no IW issues during inspection surrounding the production well. Discharge line connected to tank with shut off valve. Line ran to bottom of hill. Appears to be a transfer line during pump out of brine tank. Well tag present at the wellhead.

1900105 Primary Facility 2010-07-21 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well drilled, tagged, and in production. According to WRAC report, well was completed on 12/08/08. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with minimum of 70% vegetative growth. Access road ok. Brink tank appeared sound. Now IW issues observed. Detected a faint gas odor. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation concerns were noted in relation to access road or well site.
