1899840 Primary Facility 2010-07-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection well was drilled and equipped for production, but did not appear to be producing. Site 2as adequately restored with minimum 70% vegetative cover. Brine tank appeared sound. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site, did observed that a ¿runoff¿ ditch, which appeared to have developed from above the well site (outside of disturbed area), cut a path perpendicularly through the access road. It is recommended operator investigate this and implement additional bmps to access road in order to prevent accelerated erosion from occurring on well access road.A follow up inspection will be conducted in order to assess bmp¿s implemented to minimize E&S concerns. Production concerns are being addressed by Inspector Paul Wyrwas in Inspection Id#1861000.
