2381619 Primary Facility 2015-06-18 Complaint Inspection In Compliance with Policy At the time of inspection well appears equipped for production. Site and access road stable. No E&S issues in relation to site and/or access road. Brine tank located on gravel base, approximately 1/3 full and appears structurally sound. Small damp area beneath the discharge valve of the brine tank was observed. No active leaks and/or discharges and/or distressed vegetation were observed by discharge valve and/or around brine tank. Notified Operator (Gary Reda) @ 12:52 of observations and recommended that Operator follow up with Department upon investigation of reported concerns.
2381627 Primary Facility 2015-06-22 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection performed as part of a follow-up to 6/18/2015 inspection (ID 2381619). At the time of inspection brine tank approximately 1/3 full and appears structurally sound. Small damp area of impacted gravel had been excavated and area cleaned up. Flange on discharge valve appears to be sound with no visible leaks, discharges and/or distressed vegetation were observed by discharge valve and/or around brine tank. Department recommends Operator continue to perform routine maintenance of access road and site in order to prevent a potential pollution event from occurring.
