Well completed on 1/17/08 to a depth of 4053 ft and WRAC submitted and approved on 3/25/08. Well head completed with 7¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ and reduced to 2¿ production line with 3 shut off valves. Production equipment consisted of heater, separator, data logger and 100 bbl tank with less than 20 bbl of brine. Line pressure showing on separator was 50 psi. No E&S issues and no IW issues during inspection surrounding the production well. Well tag present at the wellhead. No gas leak or odors around the well or at the site pad.
