Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1891337 Primary Facility 2010-06-08 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled and production. Well was tagged & labeled, but noted that permit number written on brine tank (#063-33812) was from a previously issued permit that expired for another proposed location for this well. It is recommended that the operator correct the permit number on tank to avoid further confusion. Noted a strong gas odor while onsite. Site appeared restored with successful vegetative growth with a rocked pad. Well access road was in stable condition. Brine tank appeared sound. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Although operator should continue to monitor shared access road between all well sites.
