Report submitted and approved on 10/27/05. Well completed with 8¿ pipe reduced to 4 ¿pipe reduced to 2¿ production pipe and multiple shut off valves. Production equipment consists of heater, separator (180 psi), 50 bbl (10 bbl) and dual phase data logger (175 psi/5 psi). At the time of inspection, no IW or E&S issues at the site. No signs of fluid or gas leakage around well head. Well tag was present.
1891173 Primary Facility 2010-06-08 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled, in production, and properly tagged. Access road was stable. Brine tank sound. Site was restored with adequate and uniform vegetative cover, minimum 70% successful growth observed. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Noted that data logger paper was jammed; recommend that operator maintain data logger to ensure accurate recording occurs.
