Permit number marked on brine tank. Department recommends Operator install well tag on well in a legible, visible, and permanent manner as per current regulations. Located within ag field. No accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues observed in relation to well site. Department recommends Operator continue to monitor and maintain access road, which appears to be shared, as necessary in order to prevent any potential pollution events from occurring.
