2712343 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-23 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The land owner requested EQT add a culvert in an access road diversion channel and gravel in the adjacent area to allow better access to their property with farm equipment. Due to the addition of impervious area, it was recommended to EQT that they contact Department engineering staff. Redline approval was not granted.
During the inspection EQT informed the Department a slip had occurred upslope of the rain garden on the north side of the site. The slip material was contained in the rain garden. No slip material left the LOD. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection. |
