Intermediate 9 5/8" cement job did not circulate cement to surface. Operator properly notified department and proposed following remedial action plan: As discussed on the phone we pumped the 9-5/8¿ intermediate II cement job on 9/17, maintained returns throughout the job and did not achieve cement to surface. On Tuesday 9/18 we performed a CBL (see attached) and found top of cement at 7,080¿ as confirmed in house and by the service company engineer.
