2685191 | Primary Facility | 2018-01-22 | Preoperation Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The E&S controls and PCSM features were installed. Erosion was occurring above the rain garden (see photographs). Additional erosion was occurring below the rain garden, due to water from the rain garden exiting onto the slope via an overflow pipe that appeared to be malfunctioning. The sediment was contained within the LOD and EQT indicated the sediment would be removed from the sock. It is recommended that the erosion rills be repaired when possible. The pre-operation inspection has been conducted and drilling activities may commence at the operator's discretion. |
