Present at time of inspection was Tae-Uk Kim (DEP) and William Roupe (CNX). The site is located in Richhill Twp., Greene Co. The inspection was a routine inspection of the site during production before the operator plans to modify the site to accommodate the drilling new wells on the location.

The operator has met with the permit staff of the Department to discuss modification of the site to accommodate the drilling of new wells on the site. The operator is proposing to expand the well pad for the new wells. The operator has proposed to regrade the proposed well pad expansion area, to allow the stormwater run-off to travel to the northeast of the pad near the access road, and install PCSM structures along the access road for the proposed new expansion.
