Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2039210 Primary Facility 2012-01-31 Site Restoration No Violations Noted
2069375 Primary Facility 2012-05-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted SITE LOOKED GOOD AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
2276741 Primary Facility 2014-06-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/5/2014, the Department conducted an inspection of ECA's MEADOWS 1MH thru 6MH well site in Cumberland Twp., Greene County.
2357401 Primary Facility 2015-02-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well in compliance and in production.
2375022 Primary Facility 2015-04-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well completed and in production. Well in compliance.
2780573 Primary Facility 2018-09-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appears to be in or capable of production. Unable to determine if all annular spaces were open to atmosphere, determined some were open and did not appear to be venting gas. Some annular piping terminated under water and should be reconfigured to allow annular venting above any standing water without ground runoff contamination potential.

Tanks and separators appeared to be fully functional with no hydrocarbon staining. Secondary containment had excess water (see separate inspection by WQS.

No downhole or surface production equipment appear to be in violation at this time, however separate inspection by DEP WQS is likely to show violations due to surface water control issues
