Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2152806 Primary Facility 2013-03-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted WELL COMPLIANT AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
2739135 Primary Facility 2018-06-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, June 1, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the GH14 conventional vertical well site located in Center Township, Greene County.

The access road and the pad area were in good condition.

The site has been stabilized with vegetation. The surrounding area is also used to graze cattle.

The earthen berm secondary containment around the production tank appeared to be in good condition and was observed to be primarily vegetated, inside and outside.

Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider utilizing secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release of fluid with the berm structure can result in the operator being issued a violation.

The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The gas well was tagged with identification.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
