The access road and the pad area were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation. The access road is shared with the Pettit GH84 CBM well which is located up-gradient of the GH71 well. Across the access road from GH71 is a tank battery which is assumed to hold production fluids from both the GH71 and GH84 wells. There was no identification observed on or around the tank battery. The earthen berm secondary containment structure around the production tanks was observed to be fully vegetated and in good condition. The production tanks appeared to be in good condition. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The gas well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
