Wellhead is intact w/ 7" casing topped by casinghead w/ port plumbed w/ 2 1/4" tubing to drip, 4 1/2" casing topped by tee plumbed to drip & swaged to 2 1/4" tubing topped w/ plugged valve. Plug on casinghead is under stress by adjacent cherry tree root growing against it, and gas is leaking @ plug.

Well is still leaking gas from around a plug on the casinghead that is under stress from growth of adjacent tree. Breezy day makes it difficult to determine how large the leak is, but it doesn't appear worse than 4/7/16 inspection.
