2218125 2013-10-31 No Violations Noted On 10/31/2013, I conducted an inspection at the Chevron Appalachiaï¾’s Howe 5 H - 8H Well Unit site in Luzerne Twp., Fayette County.

The Act 9 site ID sign was in place and legible. The E&S plan and PPC plan and well permits were in the box.

The access road to the site was in good shape and the site was guarded.

The only equipment on site were two bulldozers and a roll off dumpster.

A water impoundment was on site and had well over two foot freeboard. The drill pit that had been on site has beeen removed.

There are three sed traps at the site and all looked to be in good shape and functioning.

The area looked to have fairly good vegetative growth and seemed stable. Recent disturbed areas of the soil stockpile were seeded and mulched.

There was no activity at the site today.
