1774441 Primary Facility 2009-02-11 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Compliance Evaluation inspection in response to 12/30/08 inspection report & 1/20/09 NOV. Walked well pad & perimeter ¿ no visual evidence or fuel oil odors detected from 12/15/08 Diesel fuel spill incident ¿ recent heavy rains + warm temperatures. Well site drainage pathways & standing pools of water had no oil sheens ¿ only exception was a light oil sheen observed in pooled water adjacent to Bull Dozer. Source of oil was traced to hydraulic oil leaks from Dozer. Operator agreed to immediately abate leaks + change out Dozer ASAP. In addition, observed open containers containing used oil filters & drip fluids. Better housekeeping recommended ¿ transfer all waste fluids & used filters into sealed containers. E & S control improvements observed along lower well site access road near stream crossing. Recent heavy rains did cause sediment wash out onto a wooded bench from well access road immediately below well pad. Operator agreed to immediately add additional E & S controls below wash out area + rework road
