Called Range hotline @ 1:30, gave information on leak. They took Dave McDermott's phone number and stated they were sending a technician and indicated they will call.

Range personnel reporting to location as we were leaving. Indicated he would shut in well to eliminate leak. Will follow up early next week.

Violation immediately corrected.

2812146 Primary Facility 2018-11-30 Routine/Complete Inspection Pending On 11/30/2018 at approximately 12:15, I conducted a routine inspection of the Elias Unit 7 well located in Lower Tyrone Township, Fayette County. Bubbling was observed emanating from the ground around the well space. I contacted Eric Peterson (PADEP OG Inspector) to follow up and inspect the area with a combustible gas meter.
