I explained pit fluids are being evacuated at site at around time of drilling completion. Some rainfall also occurs afterward. Land farming of liner & cuttings is permissible. Did a site inspection & spoke to the parties, Mr. & Mrs.__ as to the procedure. No violations seen, restoration normal.
