Plat shows it to be just outside the building but there is no evidence of a well or piping going into building. Mr. Mitch Wells (franchise owner, phone 800 554-7684) thought the parking lot had been resurfaced in the mid 90's. It is possible the well head was paved over. I asked Mr Wells to use the plat to locate exact location and we would re-inspect with metal detector and he may have to do some digging. If the well was drilled (no inspections, no well record) it was never transferred from Robert Q. Roth (deceased). Current property owner is Gary Miller. |
