We spoke with the property owner, Hal Beavers, who said Mitch well has not been on -site for years, and the well has been abandon by the owner. Site is overgrown with brush with rusted, unusable production equipment and deteriorating casing; this creates a public nuisance with concern for public health safety and welfare of the environment..
