Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2028592 Primary Facility 2011-12-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This inspection was completed in follow-up to a complaint record 285213 - re: a cat walk structure that was installed above Conneaut Creek to access wells on the hill top across the stream. The purpose of the inspection was to verify which of the plugged wells where closest to the cat walk, for use in helping to determine who is responsible for removing the cat walk should it fall into the creek. Upon inspection I found a 8" casing with a cap. The casing was filled to the top with pea gravel. This well was the 2nd closest to the cat walk, and belongs to the James Shearer Estate. Permit number on well cap.
