1605759 Primary Facility 2007-03-08 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted This well was plugged and a Sheetz store built over it. They insalled alarms. Several weeks ago a methane alarm in the building went off. NFG found it to be a faulty sensor and called me. My inspection at that time revealed that Sheetz had never vented the under floor vault where the well is. I advised them to vent the well vault. My inspection today found that a vent had been installed. I had them label the vent and put a card on the monitor with our phone number. The well is located directly infront of the walk in freezer door under a metal plate approx 18" square.
