Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2837452 Primary Facility 2019-02-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is an unconventional well pad with multiple drilled wells in production. The operator has recently obtained six new drilling permits and has been building and pouring the well cellars and trenching to place flow lines in. During this process, a significant amount of water has been accumulating in the trench. It was determined that an area in the southwest corner of the location with good vegetative cover would be an adequate location to pump into a filter bag for discharge. No other issues were noted during this inspection, and construction continues.
2849998 Primary Facility 2019-03-07 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They are drilling the conductor holes for 6 wells on this pad. They currently have 5 drilled and are moving on to the last well now. They are setting 55' of 20" pipe and they plan on cementing them next Monday and Tuesday.
