Well 33H ( API 047-24940) was properly labeled and equipped for production. There were no violations noted for this inspection.
2628470 Primary Facility 2017-08-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Reported that they had 850 psi on the annulus of the 5 1/2 production casing on 8/18/2017. They had just fraced 28 H,29H,30H and 31H. The flow back was to begin on Monday 8/21/17 at 9 am. The reported that this well had taken a frac hit. It was monitored over the weekend and pressure was relieved as needed but never built over 850 psi. After the flow back was started the pressure went to 0 within 24 hrs. Possible defective casing 78.86 was reported. They will continue to monitor and decide corrective action as needed. The TOC on the production casing is at 431". There is 1800 psi on the production string at this time and nothing on the annulus.
