2557948 Primary Facility 2017-02-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/2/17 at 1203 hrs., I conducted a routine complete inspection of Seneca Resources' E09 J well #51421 (API 047-24862) in Jones Twp., Elk County. A total of four wells have been drilled and are equipped for production. Well tags are present at each of the wellheads. There were no violations noted for this inspection.
2700424 Primary Facility 2018-03-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted There are 4 wells on this pad and all 4 wells are producing and production was last reported for 12/2017.
2837148 Primary Facility 2019-02-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is an unconventional well site with 4 drilled wells on it. The wells appear to be in production. There are three 400 barrel tanks in containment for production water. No spills or leaks are noted on site. The pad is stable and mostly flat with water draining well. The exception is a low area that is puddling near the entrance from the access road; this are may require some maintenance when weather improves. Perimeter BMPs such as filter berms are holding water and significant ice. It does not appear that sediment is running off site. The access road is stable. Proper signage for the site and wells is at the site entrance.
