On June 25, 2018 the Department approved a Remedial Action Completion Report for two releases occurring at the location on 5/15/14 and 3/12/15, which are documented in inspection ID numbers 2271429 and 2353006, respectively. Upon current inspection, the location of these releases has been restored and permanently stabilized. This CEI inspection closes out violation ID numbers 696003, 696004, and 696005 from inspection ID 2271429 and violation ID numbers 717994, 717995, and 717996 from inspection ID 2353006. The are no additional violations noted for this inspection. |
