Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2635616 Primary Facility 2017-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well was reported plugged but shows as active in e-facts. A site inspection revealed no marker. Or sign of the well. The area has been excavated and is filled with cement slabs, stone and debris. I spoke with nearby land owners who remember the steel marker being there many years ago but think it has since been covered up. There is no sign of leakage at this time. The well was plugged according to the records in February 1989 by Empire exploration. A copy of the plugging certificate is attached.
