The well is properly labeled and the well pad is permanently stabilized; however, the well is not currently in service for storage capability. The well needs to be put back into service within one year, be put on inactive status, or plugged. There are no violations noted at this time for this inspection.

The well had 479.8 psi on it and is vented. No leaks were detected. I spoke with Chris Hughes about getting this well back into operation.
