I also found the BMPS listed in the E&S Plan have been implemented. The pits where in place and lined; the mud pit was full of fulid ( water).

The well pad was partially reclaimed with the pits closed and ground surface rough graded. The large trench/sump is still in place on the down slope side of the well pad. Operator will finish reclaim in Spring 2012. No E&S problems- no violations.
