Poly tank had 100% lel and 100% methane at time of inspection. 13 3/8 x 9 5/8 annulus vent was open and had standing water in the valve at time of inspection. There was no 20 x 13 3/8 annulus vent observed at time of inspection.
2703621 Primary Facility 2018-03-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection of Range Resources Mohawk Well Pad covered under ESX10-035-0004 on March 5, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, PPC plan, emergency response plan, ESCGP, and weekly E&S inspection log were onsite for review. The well pad remains at full built-out. PCSM sediment trap and ditching along the well pad edges have been installed. No erosion issues were observed during my inspection.

There are currently 3 Marcellus wells in production (035-21202, 035-21308, 035-21309). All well heads are properly tagged. All well cellars are filled in with gravel. Several corrosion spots were observed on the exterior of the well heads. The Department recommends the operator continue to monitor the well heads and paint and/or replace piping when needed. According to Department records wells 035-21124 and 035-21310 are plugged and wells 035-21297 and 035-21298 are in regulatory inactive status.

2827326 Primary Facility 2019-01-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 15, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources Mohawk Pad 3H. Site inspection log was available for review. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.

There are a total of 3 producing wells and 2 wells in regulatory inactive status located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. The cellars are filled in with stone. There are 3 GPU’s and 3 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. One of the production fluid tanks has some minor corrosion. The Department recommends monitoring the condition and replacing/repairing as necessary. The production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment.

No violations noted.
