No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. Ken from STL Resources was onsite and described that they working on a plan to remove the outlet on the northwest side of the pad. The compost filter sock settled below the height of the outlet. Leaving the outlet not functional.
