The site sign, well permits, emergency response plan, monthly tank maintenance log, and weekly E&S inspection logs were onsite and available to review. Please note that the incorrect ESCGP number is being reported on the weekly E&S inspection log. Last E&S inspection was conducted on 3/19/18. There are 3 drilled Marcellus wells located on this well pad (035-21178, 035-21179, 035-21180). Well 035-21179 is currently in regulatory inactive status. Each well is properly tagged. All well cellars are full of water and were frozen. There is one GPU and one line heater onsite in containment. Three produced fluids tanks stations were stationed in secondary containment. Water within containment was frozen. Several corrosion spots were observed on the exterior of the produced fluids tanks.
