2720912 Primary Facility 2018-04-19 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted A routine inspection of this conventional gas well was conducted April 19, 2018. The well has an approximately 7" casing with a 7" x 2" swage and valve with hose coming off and lined out to a tank. The well was shut in at the valve. There appears to be some oil on the casing but no visible active leaking was occurring at the time of inspection. The well has clearly been abandoned.
