Two annulus vents (9.625 in. x 5.5 in.) are closed and not vented at time of inspection. Annulus vent (13.37 in. x 9.625 in.) is closed and vented into the tank. The production Xmas tree top pressure gauge reads 140 psi. 0% combustible gas was detected in the area during inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. The production Xmas tree top pressure gauge reads 2600 psi. 0% combustible gas was detected in the area during inspection. Backside pressure line is open, valve is closed, but observed bubbling inside the pipe. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. No violations noted at the time of inspection.
