During my inspection I observed the open hole where contaminated soil was excavated. Contaminated soil was onsite covered with a tarp. Mr. Herman has received sample results and has submitted these results to the Department. At this time Mr. Herman can backfill the hole with clean fill, properly disposal of the contaminated soil and submit the disposal receipts to the Department, and properly label the well head. Violations remain outstanding. No new violations noted during my inspection. |
