2832103 Primary Facility 2019-01-24 Compliance Schedule Evaluation No Violations Noted Inspected location. Upon arrival I contacted the property owner prior to inspecting the well. The home owner stated they have had house gas continuously from the Bowersox well configuration since the well was drilled in 2003. When inspector Walker inspected the well on several past occasions the well had been shut in. The gas would have been coming from another well on the gathering line system to continuously feed the home owner gas. Without disassembly of the well head and completing a flow test it is difficult to determine the viability of the well production.

At the time of the inspection, the well valves were turned in the open position and it appeared to be supplying gas to the home owner.
