At the time of inspection, I did not see a well tag on the well. The well was painted and the integrity appeared to be in good condition. I did smell gas for a moment, but did not pinpoint where it was coming from. The well is hooked up to a drip and the valves were open. There was a black, plastic hose and clamp on the well that looked fairly new. However, production reports for 2017 state that there is not a pipeline to the well. If this remains the case, or if house gas is not being utilized from this well, then it is still in violation for being abandoned. |
