Anadarko Marcellus Midstream was the previous owner/operator for this well pad and well permits. The ESCGP (ESX09-027-0003(01)) has been transferred from Anadarko to ARD in March 2017. The six wells listed below have not been transferred from Anadarko to ARD; therefore Anadarko remains the operator.

The site sign with emergency contact information, E&S log, and emergency response plan were all located onsite. There are a total of 6 drilled Marcellus wells located on this well pad. All six well conductors have been plugged and are represented with a tagged well monument (027-21653, 027-21654, 027-21655, 027-21656, 027-21657, 027-21658). There is no production equipment onsite.

The ESCGP1 has been upgraded to an ESCGP2 by the Department and has incorporated PCSMs into the plans. The infiltration berms which consist of 24" seeded compost sock have been installed. The pad remains at full built out size and has not bee
