Routine inspection of EXCO Resources PA LLC., Litke P-0 Pad, Well # 27H on February 21, 2018. There are 2 producing wells and 3 have regulatory inactive status on this pad.

This well is inactive, surface and intermediate casing has been set and cemented in the hole for this well, not stimulated. Regulatory inactive status expires on June 12, 2019. 0% combustible gas was detected at the well and the area immediately surrounding the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. EXCO Resources, LLC. Representative ¿ Sam Unch, Production Operator. 2705823 Primary Facility 2018-03-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Litke 0 Pad on March 9, 2018. No one was onsite during the time of the inspection.

The site sign, drilling permits, E&S log, PPC plan, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and work description of the pad were found onsite. Please note the PPC plan and ERP were dated June 2013 and February 2014 respectively. The Department recommends that the operator create current plans and place them onsite.

The well pad was constructed in 2008. No ESCGP was ever assigned for the construction of this well; its under the 5 acre threshold. Weekly E&S inspections are not a requirement at this location because the operator does not have an ESCGP. But the operator shall follow their E&S plan they have. With that being said, please note that the weekly E&S log has been completed for the entire month of March 2018. Please note that this is one of many sites that the Department has discovered falsifying documents at and this is unacceptable behavior. No E&S issues were observed.

2844209 Primary Facility 2019-02-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at EXCO Resources PA LLC Litke 0 Pad on February 22, 2019. No one was onsite during the time of the inspection.

The well pad was constructed in 2008. No ESCGP was ever assigned for the construction of this well; its under the 5 acre threshold. Weekly E&S inspections are not a requirement at this location because the operator does not have an ESCGP. The operator shall continue to follow their E&S plan. No E&S issues were observed.

The well pad has been reduced in size. Everything was covered in snow during the time of the inspection. There are a total of 5 Marcellus wells that have been spud on this well pad. Wells 027-21452 and 027-21453 are in active status. Both well cellars are full of gravel and snow covered. Wells 027-21601, 027-21602, and 027-21603 are in regulatory inactive status.
