COP Tract 259 Pad A: There are 4 drilled wells located on this well pad (027-21545, 027-21546, 027-21547, and 027-21517). The first three wells listed above are plugged. Well 027-21517 is represented by a tree on the well head; this well is in regulatory inactive status.

The site sign with emergency contact information, well permits, weekly E&S inspection reports, and emergency response plan are located onsite. The pad remains its original footprint size 400' x 400' and aggregate remains present throughout the pad. The topsoil stock pile is well vegetated. A brush barrier remains present surrounding the fill slope
