| 2825039 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-10 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's conventional well (027-21244) on January 10, 2019. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. Several inches of standing water was observed surrounding the brine tank (see photos). A conductivity reading was taken in the standing water; 945 uS/cm. The Department recommends addressing the standing water issue, if possible. As you can see from the pictures some of the production equipment and release valve is located under the water level, which creates the potential for a release into the standing water. The brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 01/02/19. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping.
