DGOC is planning to plug conventional well 027-20468 (COP 706-5) starting in June-July 2018. This well is located on Sproul State Forest. This well is owned/operated by Alliance Petroleum Corporation which is a subsidiary of DGOC. The "notice of intention by well operator to plug a well" has already been submitted and received by the Department. As discussed during the field meeting, the plugging rig will be placed on containment. In addition, any tanks or fueling tanks shall be placed on secondary containment. A well control and disposal plan was provided during the meeting and it will be stationed onsite during the plugging operation. Once plugging is completed the operator will seed and mulch any disturbed areas with DCNR's seed mixture. The access road leading to the conventional well will be scarified and |

I met with the driller to discuss operations. They tagged bottom at 4670', pumped bottom plug, pulled 29' jts. They'll shoot off 4 1/2" casing at 2406' , above where CBL reportedly indicated TOC. They are pulling their workstring out of the hole and waiting on shooter. No obvious issues were observed or reported. |

At the time of inspection; the plugged well is covered witn gravel and a 2" non-venting monument with marker has been erected on the plugged well. There were no open holes, venting, discharges, or obvious issues observed. No gas was detected with an Altair 5x monument at the base of the monument. |
