Annulus (8-5/8" x 4-1/2") was closed upon arrival to location. Asked company representative to open annulus vent, observed fluids coming out of it at very high rate. Closed annulus vent again. Discussed this issue with company representative, will have a follow up inspection when flow back tank will be brought to wellsite. 0% combustible gas was detected at the wellhead and in the area immediately surrounding the well. The tank that's present on location is disconnected from the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection.
