2807729 Primary Facility 2018-11-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was a 20" x 100' conductor only. The conductor was set on 11-23-18 starting at 15:00 pm and was finished at 20.30 pm. There is eight (8) other wells on this location that are in production. No violations noted at this inspection.
2808294 Primary Facility 2018-11-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Seneca Resources submitted a spud notice to the Department via the Greenport system on November 21, 2018 for the following Utica wells: 023-20238 through 023-20243.

Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources CRV Pad C09-G on November 29, 2018. Each 20" round 100' in length conductor was in-place for the above listed wells. In addition, there are a total of 8 producing Marcellus wells located on the pad.

Overall, the well pad was snow covered and frozen. No signs of leaks or spills were observed on the well pad.

No violations noted.

2842926 Primary Facility 2019-02-21 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection the Patterson 328 Walking Rig and crew were drilling the lateral bore hole for well 023-20239. At the time of this inspection this well was a conductor only ( 20" x 100'). The drilling of this well will be completed at a later date. No violations noted at this inspection.
