2681331 Primary Facility 2018-01-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was in production. The wellhead assembly all fittings and flow lines were tested for gas with a gas meter. The results of this testing was no gas was detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
2733882 Primary Facility 2018-05-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was in production
2830087 Primary Facility 2019-01-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well appeared to be in production. A digital gauge on the well was showing a psi (pounds per square inch) of 424. The 20" x 13" , the 13" x 9" and the 9" x 5" annulus vents are vented to surface and were tested for combustible gas. Combustible gas was detected on the 9" x 5" annulus vent with a reading of 100% LEL ( lower explosion limit) and 25% METHANE using an Altair 5x Multi Gas Meter that was calibrated on 1-16-19. No combustible gas was detected on the other annulus vents. No violations noted at this inspection.
2833005 Primary Facility 2019-01-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection on January 24, 2019 at Seneca Resources Rich Valley Well Pad G (C08-G). No one was onsite during the inspection. There are 11 producing wells on this pad. Each well is connected to its own GPU. Six (400) bbl produced fluids tanks are stationed in secondary containment.

The well pad and surrounding areas were snow covered during the time of the inspection. The well pad remains the original footprint size with an extension added on the N end of the well pad (243'L x 200'W x 114'L). The pad extension area is consider a staging area. A few miscellaneous pieces of equipment where observed on the staging area. All PCSMs are in place.

No violations noted.
