2575240 Primary Facility 2017-03-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted C09D well pad occupied by (6) Marcellus wells. All wells tagged with API/Permit number at the flowline off each wellhead. All cellars full with rainwater to nearly pad elevation, frozen today. (6) skid-mounted production units serving the wells are spotted in a modular secondary containment. Production fluids separator dump lines are plumbed to (3) 400 bbl. vertical, steel production fluids tanks spotted in a modular secondary containment. Containments serving the production units and fluids tanks show 1"-2" rainwater, frozen at this inspection. Keystone Clearwater personnel on location activating the temporary diesel transfer pumps used to pump production fluids generated at the C08G pad and this pad, into the temporary, aboveground HDPE pipeline to the Clermont water management facility, for re-use during well stimulation on other Seneca locations.
Centralized freshwater impoundment in the shared C08F LOD shows 8'+ freeboard and is frozen. Since last previous inspection, a new ditchline has been
2693480 Primary Facility 2018-02-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection of Seneca Resources Rich Valley Pad F and Freshwater Impoundment (FWI) on February 9, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, PPC plan, emergency response plan, and weekly inspection logs were onsite for review. The site and surrounding areas were covered in snow. No E & S issues were observed during the time of my inspection.

There are (6) producing Marcellus wells located on this pad (023-20160, 023-20161, 023-20162, 023-20163, 023-20164, and 023-20165). All well-heads are tagged with API/Permit number. All well cellars were frozen. There are (6) GPU's stationed on the pad and (3) 400 bbl. vertical, steel production fluids tanks spotted in a modular secondary containment. Water within this containment was frozen. I observed some rusting streaks on the exterior of the produced fluids tanks. The Department recommends the operator continue to monitor the tanks and replace them if needed.

A Freshwater Impoundment (FWI) falls under this ESCGP. The FWI is enclo

2849149 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well as in production. A digital gauge on the well head assembly was showing a pressure of 398 psi ( pounds per square inch ) . There are three (3) annulus vents on this well that are vented to surface. These vents were tested for combustible gas with a Altair 5 x Multi Gas Meter. Results of this testing was 0% LEL ( lower explosion limit) and 0% Methane on the 20" x 13 3/8" vent. 0% LEL and 0% Methane on the 13 3/8" x 9 5/8" vent and 7% LEL and 0% Methane on the 9 5/8" x 5 1/2" vent. No violations were noted at this inspection.
2850607 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection of Seneca Resources Rich Valley Pad F and Freshwater Impoundment (FWI) on March 6, 2019.

The well pad and surrounding areas were snow covered. No E&S issues were observed during the time of my inspection. No staining or spills were observed on the well pad.

There are (6) producing Marcellus wells located on this pad (023-20160, 023-20161, 023-20162, 023-20163, 023-20164, and 023-20165). All well-heads are tagged with API/Permit number.
